YKQ Series Pressure Controller for Centralized Lubrication Systems (Copy)

The YKQ pressure controller monitors main line pressure in centralized grease lubrication systems. When pressure reaches the preset value, it sends an electrical signal to the lubrication control box—typically to trigger the reversing valve in a dual-line system or to confirm normal system operation.

YKQ-SB is the end-of-line version of the YKQ series. The suffix “SB” means two pressure controllers and their gauges are combined on one manifold block. It installs at the end of the active line in a dual-line system and confirms that pressure has reached the furthest point before the reversing valve switches sides.

Selection depends on four things: (1) your system’s maximum operating pressure—match it to the YKQ pressure grade table; (2) installation position—front-of-line uses YKQ, end-of-line in dual-line systems uses YKQ-SB; (3) power supply, AC220V or DC24V; (4) thread, Rp3/8 as standard. YKQ controllers are mainly used in dual-line centralized grease lubrication systems for end-of-line pressure confirmation and automatic control. The single-gauge YKQ model can also be installed at the pump outlet in single-line systems for basic pressure monitoring.

The YKQ series covers 0–60 MPa across nine pressure grades. The highest-range model is YKQ-505 (34–60 MPa). Select the grade whose upper limit is above your system’s maximum operating pressure, leaving a safety margin.
